Link previews (cloaking)

Control the title, description and image social networks show when your link is shared.

When someone posts your tracking link on Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Slack, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp or Pinterest, those services fetch the link to build a preview card. With Cloak link on, they get a card you design instead of your destination’s.

Set up a preview

Open the link form and set Cloak link to Yes.
Fill in the preview.
A title (up to 120 characters), a description (up to 300) and an image — JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MB.
Click Save Changes.
Networks cache previews, so an existing post may keep its old card for a while.

What real visitors see

Nothing changes for people: they are redirected to your destination as usual. Only the preview crawlers get the card, and their visits are not counted as clicks.
