The account
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give us must be true. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite into your workspace, so keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it.
What we provide
ClickLookup redirects your links, records the clicks, scores their quality and reports on them. We work to keep the redirect path fast and available, and we will tell you about planned maintenance in advance. We do not promise the service will never be interrupted, and we do not promise that the quality score will be right about every single click — it is a judgement, made quickly, from what the request carried.
What you may not do
- send traffic to malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive the person clicking
- use the service for content that is illegal where you or your visitors are
- hide the destination in order to get a link past a platform that would otherwise refuse it
- resell the service as your own, or try to reverse engineer, overload or break into it
- send clicks you know to be fake in order to inflate somebody else's numbers
We may suspend a workspace that does any of this, and we will tell you why when we do.
Your plan and your allowance
Every plan comes with a number of clicks a month. The allowance resets at the start of each billing cycle, and unused clicks do not carry over. If you go past it we will tell you; we do not stop your links without warning, and you can move up a plan at any time. Prices can change, but not in the middle of a cycle you have already paid for, and we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email.
Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Paddle, which is the merchant of record and whose terms also apply to the payment itself. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current cycle runs to its end. Refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Your data and ours
Your links, your clicks and your reports are yours. We hold them to run the service and we handle them as described in our privacy policy. The software, the interface and the brand are ours, and nothing here gives you a licence to them beyond using the service.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like, from the console. We can end this agreement if you break these terms or do not pay, and we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to put it right unless the breach is serious. When the agreement ends your links stop redirecting, so move anything that matters before that day.
Liability
We are liable to you for the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and not for lost profit, lost traffic or lost revenue. Nothing here limits liability for anything the law does not let us limit.
Changes and disputes
If we change these terms we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect; using the service afterwards means accepting them. If something goes wrong, write to support@clicklookup.com first — almost everything is settled that way.
