Rate limits
Request budget and headers.
Each key can make 600 requests per minute. Every response reports your remaining budget in X-RateLimit-Limit and X-RateLimit-Remaining.
Over the limit you get 429 with a Retry-After header in seconds. Wait that long, then continue. The tracking redirect and the postback endpoint are not rate limited.
